By submitting this form I declare that all the information provided is true, accurate and complete, and I accept full material and criminal liability for my statement. I will use the obtained certificate only in the field for which it was granted and in a way that is not misleading and does not diminish the reputation of the certification body. In the event of revocation of the certificate, I will stop using any references to the certification or the certification body and will return the revoked certificate to the issuer.

By registering for the exam I confirm that I am familiar with the Privacy Policy of eedison.eu and the company Atraktor. I allow the use and processing of the stated personal data for the purpose of keeping records of candidates registered for the exam and issuing the certificate, and I consent to being contacted by e-mail or telephone about registration, preparation, the course and content of the exam and activities afterwards, including notifications about topics that may interest me given the content of this exam. (Consent is required for registration, as only then may we inform you about this exam.)

I declare that I am familiar with the Exam Rules.

I understand that the use of prohibited aids, giving or receiving help, or any other communication with another person in any form during the exam is strictly prohibited and results in disciplinary measures, which may include a ban on retaking the exam. I understand and agree that my exam will not be graded and any exam costs will not be refunded if the examination board or invigilator determines that I am involved in inappropriate behaviour during the exam or any other irregularity that could compromise the integrity of the exam.

Non-disclosure agreement

The exam you are registering for is confidential. Atraktor d.o.o. owns all eEdison exams and holds their copyright and intellectual property rights.

The exam questions are made available to you exclusively for the purpose of assessing your knowledge. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing or transmitting the exam questions you will answer, in whole or in part, in any form, by any means and for any purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing the content of the exam via text message, e-mail, chat room or forum. This non-disclosure prohibition applies before, during and after each administration of the eEdison exam.

This agreement is applied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia. In the event of a breach, Atraktor reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the offender, including disciplinary measures, legal proceedings or other legal remedies. To take the exam you are registering for, you must accept the terms of this agreement.

Protection of personal data

The personal data controllers, Atraktor d.o.o. and the certification body of the Edison Scheme, ensure a high level of personal data protection and undertake to carefully store and use all received personal data stated in the exam application form only for the purpose of conducting the exam, issuing the certificate and analysing data on exam candidates, and will not pass them on to third parties without the consent of the individuals to whom the data relate. Exam candidates allow the processing of their personal data and the data of persons listed on the exam application form for the purpose described above. A person listed on the exam application form may at any time request that the personal data controllers permanently or temporarily stop using their personal data provided on the online form; they have the right to access their personal data and the right to contact the personal data controllers at the addresses listed on this website or in the Privacy Policy if they wish to view, correct, change or update their personal data. The personal data controllers are obliged to appropriately prevent the use of personal data within 15 days when requested by the exam candidate, and to inform them within a further 5 days. The costs of all actions in this regard are borne by the personal data controllers.
